6. Early Access Program

Participation in Ingrained’s Early Access program is by invitation and subject to additional terms communicated at the time of enrollment. Early Access features may change without prior notice.

Ingrained’s services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that outcomes described in our materials will be achieved by all users. AI tools and strategies evolve rapidly; content is updated regularly but may not always reflect the latest developments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingrained shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or interruption of service.
